Yes, the country has had 18 months of job growth, after losing 700,000 jobs a month for a while there, at the end of the Bush administration. Remember? Newspapers and internet web sites are reporting the recovery, in addition to TV. Check it out.

This little bump downward is the end of the seasonal jobs generated by Christmas. It is not a sign that we're not recovering.

Slow and steady, it's happening.

Slow and steady.. Yeah, the empty storefronts are filling up.

The stats show unemployment is up.

Europe is going into recession.

I can appreciate wanting to support Obama, and the world economic problems affecting the US are not his fault, but I also think it is important to look at the big picture.

Recent news stories say 2011 was one of the worst on record for home sales. Foreclosures continue, even though those stories are not in the headlines. We need to be careful about our own economic health, in these times, and to be wary of the self-serving pronouncements made by politicians.

Just my opinion.

Everyone that is unemployed can help bring the figure down by moving somewhere else. Let me know if you need help loading the trucks and trailers.

Sounds like people in PA are a bunch of clinically depressed, sad people. They probably blame everything negative on the govt, while collecting govt benefits fo of course.
If all those really negative people moved to Alabama, they could blame it all on Obama....
