Economic Plan for Clallam County
The 69-page plan for Clallam County’s economic development was completed last week by BergerABAM and has been e-mailed to the Clallam County Economic Development Council.
The plan is expected to be made available for public viewing. The City, Port of Port Angeles and Clallam County each chipped in $8,000 for the report.
The plan will be discussed tomorrow by Kent Myers, EDC Executive Director Linda Rotmark and BergerABAM Vice President John White.

Well at least it was emailed so it will make it easy to make it public to those using the internut.

Can someone explain to me how the Port of Port Angeles is different than the city of Port Angeles?
And why would a city turn power over to a port authority.? And does such city have any power over said port authority?
This issue has bothered me for years.
What bothers me about port authorities is when they exist in towns that are nowhere near any body of water.
