Fluoride Lawsuit Dismissed

Jefferson County Superior Court Judge Craddock Verser has dismissed the lawsuit against using fluoride in Port Angeles' and Forks' drinking water.

The case went to Judge Verser because of a potential conflict of interest among Clallam County judges. The plaintiffs in the case were
Clallam County Citizens for Safe Drinking Water, Protect the Peninsula’s Future and retired physician Eloise Kailin.

That Kailin broad and the infantile poltroons in her posse need to get a life.

She's another of those "we know what's best for you little people" Liberal ding-a-lings this town seems to have attracted over the years.

First it's a petition with "signatures" of dead people and now it's lawsuits in Forks and Jefferson County.

Stfu and go away!

Yeah, it is SO un-American to engage in democracy, ya know? So wrong to get out and get people to think about what the government is doing, right? SO wrong to have an opinion, right?

Obviously the Socialist/Communist agenda being brought to Clallam and Jefferson counties by these long time residents. Those subversive Liberals, with their crazy ideas that people should be concerned about what government does in their name, and should have ANY "rights" to speak their views.

You're right! Conservatives unite to support the government! Conservatives STAND UP and say NO to those that want to question actions taken in their name! Conservatives STAND UP and support the government in spend our tax money ANY WAY they want to.

And, don't get me started with those crazy un-American concepts of "petitions".

Yeah,"Stfu and go away!"

Anon 3:01 PM has an odd view. He accuses the people who filed the lawsuit of being "we know what's best for you ding-a-lings". However, my understanding is that the people who filed the fluoride lawsuit oppose the government forcing everyone to consume a chemical because the government has decided that "they know what's best for you little people".
The fluoride opponents are trying to stick up for individual liberties and the right to vote on something as controversial as adding a non-essential chemical to public water supplies.
Whether or not you are concerned about drinking fluoride, the greater principles of individual liberty and over-reaching government are truly at the heart of this lawsuit.
Anon 3:01 PM spews forth a knee-jerk reaction to those he fears as "liberals" without really thinking. And, if those he sees as "liberals" are also educated females, then they deserve to be singled-out for even greater ridicule and venom.
Sad.

There's too damn much fussing about this fluoride thing.

It helps save teeth, period, and if you don't want to drink it use bottled water.

Yeah, and a Police State cuts down on crime, too.

With your point of view, we should support a totalitarian form of government, with armed agents all around watching everything we do.

Oh,wait. We do.

Said like a true patriot!

On this 4th of July holiday, when Americans are supposed to reflect and appreciate the "freedoms" the forefathers created for us, it is good to see a true patriot speaking up in support of American freedoms.

No intolerance here. Instead, we see this patriot welcome differing views. This is what makes America great.

Yes, it IS "loony" to be upset that the government can FORCIBLY MEDICATE all of us.

And, since you believe that, I assume you also believe that the government has the right to take your land, outlaw your car, or do anything else it wants?

Right?
