New Crematorium in Carlsborg: Pro or Con
I don’t have any opinion one way or the other on this, but it seems to be huge topic in the PDN letters to the editor.

Works for me, I've having trouble lately finding places for all the bodies anyway. Will they be taking drop offs?
as long as they aren't planning on opening a combination crematorium and BBQ rib joint...I'm all for it.
I am against this new creamerotorium! I people want to buy creamer they can go to IGS like other folks and not drive all the way out to Carlsborg.
Given that Sequim is where everyone's moving to die... well, to "live out their golden years"... death is going to be big business here eventually. So, yes, I think the area needs more crematoriums and more funeral homes. Either that or we'll have to ship the bodies back to California.
Thirty to forty bodies a month? That seems high, and what about air pollution? Burial seems more "natural."
Pumping a body full of preservative and sticking it in the ground isn't more 'natural' to me than cremation. When you're gone, you're gone. Burial just takes up a lot of space.

Nah, a long month with 2 full moons, throw in tourist season, I can get 50+, no trouble at all.
