Dungeness Water Rule Might be Challenged in Court

A few of the local wing-, er, "property rights" brigade might be filing a lawsuit against the new Dungeness water rule, officially known as the In-Stream Flow Rule for WRIA 18 East.  Members of the Port Angeles Business Association and the North Peninsula Building Association are raising money to hire an attorney.  Kaj Ahlburg said:

“We hope to have the inflow stream rule invalidated.”

This guy is a fucking teabagger superpac all by himself. NY will be hit soon - one million Muslims in the US - majority population in us states in 40 years. What a hate-spreading asshole that does not UNDERSTAND WHAT MAKES the US GREAT (protection from assholes like himself). He does not deserve attention by our civic and business leaders.

We've got the PDN. We do not need another lying hate-spreader around here just to fuel the mouthbreathers.

http://tinyurl.com/cs65lf6 (a Huff post article about youth crime plummeting in CA possibly due to pot being more acceptable.

I read recently that suicide rates and DUI rates go down on average, 10% in a state that gets MM. DUH, I wonder why. WA legalizing pot must be some collective un/subconcious/kharma thing to deal with our high suicide rates.

But I also read in the PDN that the local law is paranoid that all hell will break loose around here.

LOL..cough, cough.

POT puts the "Peace" in "Peace and Love"! ...42 years later...better late then never.

I sparked one up while mowing (helps with the carpel tunnel more than opiates which I am no longer dependent on THANK YOU) the yard the other day...was a TRIP to do something like that after hiding it for years. Next summer is going to be FUN!

Environmentalists and tribes will sue to overturn the new water rule because the rule is not strict enough and fails to protect and restore in-stream values. They will likely win.
Despite the outcome of the lawsuits, however, the river has already lost the battle because it has been so degraded by decades of overuse and abuse. It is too late for the river to meaningfully recover.

Kaj scares me more than any terrorists. I think the PABA should be designated as a terrorist organization. Maybe the downtown association too.

Kaj probably agrees with US Rep. Gomert that Obama killed Quadafi so Al Queda could take over Libya.

Why are Indian ("Native American") tribes across the country rapidly converting to Islam? What local Indian ("Tribal") leader said "Islam will put us in a position of authority over the whites. I urge all tribal members to become Muslims."?

WOW speaking of the black helicopter crowd, they defeated the Disability Treaty.

Instead of giving them entitlements, maybe we can erect in Port Angeles a giant wheelchair and they can go sit around it and network. Or a big pair of steel crutches. Would fit right in around here.

Someone should sue the local SS office. I hear they cater to freeloaders.
