Wednesday Farmers Market Starts Next Week
The Port Angeles Farmers Market will start its Wednesday Market on June 16th, 2:30 to 6:30 p.m. at Gateway. The Wednesday Market will go through September 29th.
The market next Wednesday will feature live music by Denny Secord and the Northwest Boys.

I don't understand why that is a good place to have it but maybe that's just me.

Dude, I'm like so into farmers and my older sister Axal is a farmer. Least she lives on this chicks only farm where they have lots of goats. Major goatage, no lie but no dudes allowed, just chicks.
We all have to call her Axal now but her real name is Verbenia Mushroom. I know. I'm totally lame cuz I've got a sister named Verbenia Mushroom. Ha! dunno why we're calling her Axal now cept maybe shes secretly into Axal roads from Guns + roses. Usually she listens to ugly chicks wailing about how bad dudes are. Huh.
So like back in the day my 'rents were tryin to be the hippie elders of their tribe cept they didn't have a tribe. That didn't stop them from living in a Ford Econoline, not bathing, dousing themselves with pachouli and rippin the bong 24/7. Oh and havin my sis Ha! So she's Verbinia Mushroom and maybe that's why she's so mad at everything. Dude to mess with her I used to call her "Shroom" and she'd chase me around the house and whale on me. I paid for it but it was fun. Shroom heh!
My family is pretty messed up. Me an my mom are the only sane ones. Gran kinda. She lives in a trailer and stays away from peeps. My gramps is all messed up an thinks Obama is the Man and out to get him. I think it's all flash backs cuz no way is a brother the Man. My sis lives on a chicks only farm with all these goats and my dad is long gone. I got a hari Krishna cousin and one in jail. Talk about messed up.
Anyway, farms are cool. I mean the small farms not those agro places which really are run by the Man. Nothing like walking behind a plow tilling up the good earth all day and then chilling with some fine farm chick afterward. You know?

The Port Angeles Community market opens this Sunday at the Gateway Transit lanes from 11-3. Everyone is welcome to become a vendor, and there is one low flat fee.
