Climate change isn't just causing the ice caps to melt, it's costing ... stronger hurricanes and severe flooding have caused immense damage...
Ya wonder why NOW it is getting attention?
Interesting to see who the group is. Google the name.
All local government folks.
Good planning would include a moratorium on more growth here.
Hey Billy! Where have you seen good planning in regards to Port Angeles, yet? Yeah, I agree with you, but..
If we could get good planning, instead of the list of pure idiocy we get from city staff, and approved by a council who doesn't even know or understand what they are voting on, things would be very different around here!
Speaking of climate and Port Angeles, it is 10:30 AM and 75 F at my house near the Library (200 ft elevation). The Weather Channel reports that it is 61. The PDN page reports that it is 57.
Update - 12:55 PM, 81 at my house....official reports have us in the fifties, still.
Because of the breeze it likely is in the 50's downtown. I'm showing 64 at my place.
I wonder if ex-commissioner Doherty will move to a better paying position with news of this grant?
