Good information.
Been reading through that. Lot of comments, not too many useful ones. Not many surprises on the survey. Although I would rank the city website as "essential and desperately in need of a makeover". But, then, I'm a nerd. Information Age for the win!

I'm not going to look at it but I have an opinion about it that I think everyone is entitled to.
